We were in the market for a condo in the Portland, Maine, area and went to an open house in Gorham. There, realtors showed us the model home for the new Windswept Drive development. It was exactly what we were looking for. Once we had committed to purchasing our unit, we got to sit down and choose various options for the interior. Did we want the walkout basement to be furnished? Did we want the master suite on the main or second floor? Did we want a deck or sunroom? There were flooring choices, countertop choices, paint color choices, kitchen layout choices, door pull choices, and lighting choices. We loved the options we chose, and as soon as we had, they went to work and started building our duplex.
We’re glad we moved here. We love our home and our neighborhood. We highly recommend that potential condo buyers attend the next open house and see for themselves!

I chose to contact them to sell my house, and in a short time they contacted me and made an appointment to discuss what my needs were. They were very polite. They had a photographer take lots of pictures of the rooms and placed an ad of my home quickly. We discussed the proper price of selling my home and I was very satisfied with it. I would recommend this company for anybody's home. They sold my home very fast. From this day I still can't believe that my house sold where other realtors from the past failed.
